If you’ve been searching around for any and every clue to which Salvatore Elena (Nina Dobrev) picks in The Vampire Diaries Season 3 finale, here’s another one to add to the list. TV Line reports that the “scene/moment/twist you’ll be talking about Friday morning involves a flashback.”
First of all, twist? Second of all, flashback? OMG, we totally know who she picks now! No, actually, that information doesn’t help us at all. Stefan(Paul Wesley) is clearly showing up in the past. When Elena’s parents drowned, it was the younger Salvatore who saved her life. But that doesn’t necessarily mean he’s the one she chooses. Damon (Ian Somerhalder) hasan emotional scene with her as well, and who knows what kind of emotions will come up when Elena starts reflecting on her past?
Of course, Damon does look pretty sad in this photo, so maybe she’s breaking up with him… over the phone?
